Frame is fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates table and cutting beam are deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress reliving. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. This frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed. Table and Slide are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron / steel fabricated and properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy and precession press operation.

The company manufactures the H-Frames Power Presses by out of solid steel with appropriate cross ribbing. The clutches of the H-Frame Power Presses have been designed of rolling key type and endows with constant strokes for mass production. Crankshaft is made of special alloy steel and fitted in with gunmetal bushes for flawless working and high-end durability.
